This is a generalized, comprehensive "ancestors" Caveman, Paleolithic Diet menu.
You will later try to duplicate your personal Caveman ancestors menu of 1,000 years ago to fine tune this for best results.
Now if your mother is from Samoa and your father is from Finland, then you have a little difficulty figuring that out but the general "caveman" menu will work extremely well for most.
There are a lot of reactions to modern day food that may have been causing you problems for a lifetime and you had no idea they originated from an adverse reaction (another name for allergic) to certain groups of foods.
Some of these aches and pains, fatigue etc you thought were natural may surprise you when they disappear after a few weeks on this menu.
This Caveman or Paleolithic diet (menu) eliminates the most common, adverse reaction causing foods, including most problem foods that are consumed frequently by people living in industrialized western countries.
Adverse reactions to foods and drinks are often totally unsuspected and are very common but not recognized as the source or cause of most degenerative diseases as well as allergies etc.
Unfortunately, there are not any reliable laboratory tests for these types of allergy and adverse food reactions. An example is Celiac disease, a serious problem for over 5% of the population and about 17% having a lessor "some, or bad, reaction" to gluten. (from grain consumption such as wheat.)
The length of time to diagnose this disease in United States is reported as 16 years.
They have been suffering and treating symptoms (even hospitalization) for 16 years before it is finally recognized. The cure, simply stop eating all grains, and these problems disappear.
This caveman menu closely resembles the food input of your stone-age hunter-gatherer ancestor as close as you can duplicate it today.
What most do not realize is the body survival or immune system as most call it becomes more and more hyper and reactive as you get older or have longer exposure to certain foods.

What your handed down for two million years survival system tolerated as a younger person now considers the food not on the "inherited accepted for human consumption ancestors list" and a threat to your very survival.

It develops totally unknown or even suspected by you, a silent attack system (now referred to as inflammation)

that causes you new symptoms that you thought were just signs of aging or just plain getting old.
Switching to the menu your body was meant to handle, here, automatically eliminates all of these most common "modern day, western" foods that cause the most problems.

Many people with health problems are put on this type of diet for 90 days as the only positive way to detect what foods are causing your health problems since medical tests are highly inaccurate and very expensive.

Suspected foods are added back in one at a time.
