"Cravings", Another Word For Addiction

You may experience withdrawal symptoms and strong cravings
during the first week or two on the diet switch to the Caveman
Paleolithic diet and change of menu.
Paradoxically, these withdrawal
symptoms and cravings are also symptoms of a food adverse reaction..
After 21 days of elimination, cravings for the offending foods will
diminish and disappear. Any cravings are not because of lack of, or to
nutritional factors. The caveman menu worked for two million years and
still works.
Food are all highly nutritious, (may be inconvenient
compared to empty calorie foods,). You will find this diet and menu will
fully support your good health.
There is no nicotine patch for food addictions.
This elimination of 60% of your traditional diet program will
surprisingly uncover foods you may have been reacting to, all your life
often without ever even suspecting it. Favorite foods that you think are
needed for wellbeing and that you delight in, may surprisingly be the
very ones causing adverse reactions and major symptoms of illness.
For example, Celiac sufferers (intolerance to gluten in wheat) these
people often "just love" pasta, bread, doughnuts etc. They actually get
a high from the adrenalin rush your body puts up as an adverse reaction
to a substance it considers intolerable. (see our article....
They do not want to give up the "rush" or high from eating this "favorite" food, the very food causing them problems.
After a short period these food cravings (food addictions) will go away,
usually 21 days.
You change from food being a recreational pleasuring and reward, to
a food sustenance program.
This switching to the menu and diet program your body was designed to
handle easily, will extend your life, and this type of revolutionary
food program will change your health noticeably for the better.
Your over all sense of well being, your weight, your mental
alertness, so much so we believe you will never go back to your old
menu.
What you are developing and adjusting to is a long-term food plan,
supply and access system that takes some adjusting to the logistics of
having the right food at the right time at the right place.
It will be inconvenient initially but will reward you in a short time,
to minimize your health symptoms.
This will change your life for the better and extend it, in a relatively
short time, at practically no cost. Food will seem harder to find and
at higher cost. High margin empty calorie food is available everywhere.
Real food you have to "find' initially, but becomes routine. You will
wind up often less cost because of high nutrient, you are eating less,
and because you are now no longer buying pop and empty high calorie junk
foods etc.
This diet and life style change is a revolutionary modification and
seems initially to be a severe disruption to your long time lifestyle.
It will soon become routine and feel like the real you for the first
time.
